Empress Elite Cleaning wants to ensure you the great quality cleaning service your heart desires. At your discretion, Empress Elite Cleaning will maintain your Residential/Commercial property. With your permission, Empress Elite Cleaning Services may enter your home or commercial property and perform janitorial duties in which we agreed upon. 

 

Please be mindful that all sales are final and that our services are NON REFUNDABLE. We only offer a discounted price on upcoming services. We accept payment via Pay Pal, Cash, & Cash App. You will be sent an invoice and confirmation/receipt of services. Always complete your “To do list” so that our cleaners can have a blueprint of what needs to be done. Also, always review Empress Elite Cleaning’s policy and menu of services.

 

 Please be sure to specify if you would like a certain type of product used during cleaning. Empress Elite Cleaning is not responsible for any items being damaged or destroyed. To avoid conflicts over valuables, please place your valuables in a safe place. We honestly prefer for someone to be present during the time of services to ensure security on both ends. By signing off on this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions of Empress Elite Cleaning. Failure to not adhere to Empress Elite Cleaning's terms and conditions could result in termination of the contract and legal action. Sign all documents and return to your cleaner.
